This Refund Policy applies to all template purchases made through abubaker.org.
Important
All template purchases are digital products delivered instantly via a Framer Remix link. Please review the live demo and product description before purchasing. Refunds are generally not available once a purchase is completed.

Refund Guidelines
This policy covers template purchases, limited exceptions, pre-purchase guidance, and how refunds apply to service engagements.

1. Digital Product Policy
All template purchases are final. Because templates are digital products delivered instantly via a Framer Remix link, we are unable to offer refunds once the Remix link has been accessed or the purchase has been completed.
This is consistent with standard practice across the Framer template ecosystem and digital product marketplaces globally.
2. Exceptions
A refund or replacement may be considered in the following circumstances:
The Remix link is non-functional and cannot be resolved through support.
The delivered template is materially different from what was described or shown in the live demo.
To request a review under these circumstances, contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@abubaker.org with your order details and a description of the issue.
3. Before You Purchase
Every template includes a live demo link so you can fully explore the design and functionality before purchasing. We strongly encourage reviewing the live demo, the pages list, and the product description before completing your order.
4. Services
Refund terms for design and development services are agreed individually at the start of each engagement and documented in the project agreement. Generally, work completed up to the point of any cancellation is billable.
