2. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including template designs, written copy, graphics, and code — is the intellectual property of Muhammad Abubakar unless otherwise stated. Reproduction, redistribution, or resale of any content without prior written permission is prohibited.
3. Template Purchases
Upon purchase, you receive a license to use the template as defined in the License Agreement. Purchasing a template does not transfer ownership of the design. The template files remain the intellectual property of Muhammad Abubakar.
4. Service Engagements
Service terms, scope, deliverables, payment, and timelines are agreed individually for each project and documented in a project agreement or invoice prior to commencement of work.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Templates and services are provided “as is.” While every effort is made to ensure quality and accuracy, no guarantee is made that templates will function identically across all browsers, devices, or future versions of Framer.
6. Limitation of Liability
Muhammad Abubakar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of templates, services, or content provided through this Site.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
